-Deposits are non-refundable. There is a 50% cancellation fee that is charged to the card on file for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. - No call/no shows result in a 50% cancellation fee. - All clients 10 minutes late to scheduled appointment will be charged a $10 late fee. All clients 15 minutes late to scheduled appointment will be rescheduled and will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. - Not confirming your scheduled appointment via the text/email sent 24-48 hours before your appointment DOES NOT mean your appointment is canceled, you must call/text/email to cancel your appointment. -Same day appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. Same day appointments are automatically confirmed when booking. No show to a same day appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
